Delivery & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

At Heyyy we like happy customers, so if your item is in stock we will do our very best to dispatch within 1-2 business days.

 

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

Our Standard Delivery service has a 3-5 business days delivery estimate and costs £1.99.

Delivery is free for orders over £15.

 

Depending on how much your item weighs your item will be sent by Royal Mail second class or standard parcel, or by courier signed for.

 

 

UK EXPRESS DELIVERY

Heyyy… we are aware that sometimes you may need an order in a hurry, therefore we have an Express Delivery service for you.

 

Orders placed by 2pm will be shipped to arrive next working day.

 

Depending on weight, orders will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 24 or by courier. Both will require a signature, therefore please be sure to have these sent to an address where someone will be present to accept delivery.

 

Express Delivery costs £5.99.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Heyyy Europe & The Rest of the World - we deliver to you too! 

Postage costs and delivery times vary dependant on location and are calculated at checkout.

 

International deliveries are estimated to arrive within 3 weeks of posting.

IMPORT DUTIES

Please be aware that following Brexit, European deliveries may be subject to import duties payable in order for a consignment to clear customs. These taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and Heyyy Ltd. can not be held responsible for these duties.

We strongly urge you to check local tariffs to ensure that you are aware of any additional costs before making a purchase.

 

 

MISSED DELIVERIES/RE-DELIVERY

Heyyy… be sure to have someone available to receive your delivery.

 

If your delivery is attempted and no one is available to accept the parcel a card will be left/email sent to inform you of your next steps.

 

Depending on the service with which the parcel was sent, you will either be asked to collect the item from your local depot or contact the courier/service to arrange redelivery.

 

If the parcel is not collected within the specified timeframe, or redelivery is not arranged, or if subsequent re-delivery attempts are also missed the parcel may be returned to us, in which case you will be contacted with the option to cancel the order or pay an additional re-delivery charge.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS

 

Heyyy… we understand that sometimes you may change your mind about your purchase.

 

If this is the case you are entitled to a refund as follows:

  • You must contact us at hello@heyyycards.co.uk within 14 days of purchase to inform us that you intend to return the item(s).

  • You must return the item(s) to us within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

  • You must include your order number and name in with the return.

  • Personalised items are not eligible for return.

  • Only full priced items may be returned and refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.

 

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item to us.

 

Once the item is returned our team will carry out a returns inspection. If your refund is approved your original method of payment will be credited with the cost of the item within 10 working days. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund.

 

FAULTY ITEMS/EXCHANGES

 

Heyyy…. Sometimes despite the best efforts of our packing team sometimes your delivery may arrive damaged.

 

If your item arrives faulty or damaged please contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@heyyycards.co.uk (ideally send us a photo of the problem) and we can arrange to send a replacement to you.
